All of our items are custom-made. Because each piece is crafted specifically for your order, we do not accept returns or issue refunds unless the item has a quality-related issue.
If you receive a defective product, please contact our customer support team at support@12living.com within 7 days of delivery to arrange for a return, exchange, or refund.
12living will cover all costs associated with returning a defective product. Our return policy lasts for 7 days from the date you receive the item. After this period, we unfortunately cannot offer a refund or exchange.
If you return a product to the wrong address (including returning it to the shipping origin without contacting us first).
If you choose cash on delivery as your return method.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during purchase.
Please allow up to 7 business days for the refund to be processed once we’ve received the returned item.
The time it takes for the refund to appear in your account may vary depending on your payment provider.
